2. Repack Your Parcel
After receiving instructions from our support team, carefully repack the product in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided by our representative.
3. Ship Your Parcel
Please send the parcel through TCS, PostEx, Leopard, M&P, or Call Courier as instructed by our support team.
Note: Please do not send the parcel through Pakistan Post.
4. Refund
After receiving and checking your returned parcel, 95% of the eligible amount will be refunded. The remaining 5% may be deducted as applicable taxes/charges.
The refund will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
